Kasey Mayfield grew up in Porter, Oklahoma, and graduated from Porter High School. Later, she attended Tulsa Community College as well as Broken Arrow Beauty College. Prior to joining Chinowth and Cohen, Kasey was self-employed as a licensed hair stylist for 25 years, and simultaneously, earned her real estate license in 2023. From Chinowth and Cohen’s Owasso office, Kasey additionally focuses on residential properties in Tulsa, Broken Arrow, Muskogee, and their surrounding areas.

Kasey’s proprietorship during her significant time in the cosmetology industry developed her communication and customer service skills. As a designer, she knows the importance of active listening and knowing that all ventures in real estate are a collaborative effort between client and agent.  She has always been led to serve others and a self-professed “people-person.” Kasey says, “I am self-motivated and dedicated: I am always on a mission to advocate for my clients, as buyers or sellers in today’s rich housing market.”

Kasey’s spare time is absorbed by travel opportunities, nationally and internationally. She is also an avid golf enthusiast, playing golf at all of Northeastern Oklahoma’s renowned championship fairways.
